3 days Conceptual Clarity Training on Human Trafficking & Safe Migration

Shakti Samuha has organized 3 days conceptual clarity training on human trafficking and safe migration to staffs of Shakti Samuha from 15^th-17 July 2015 at Daman, Makwanpur. All together 24 participants from Shakti Samuha working districts and center office were participated in the training.

The training began with the short introduction between participants. Ms.Charimaya Tamang, founder member and current program coordinator of Shakti Samuha welcomed to the participants and highlighted about the training objectives. The major content of the training are:

•         Rights Base Approach (Psycho-social, Victim Central Approach, Person-hood Approach)

•         Challenges of migration in context of Nepal

•         Emerging trends of Human Trafficking

•         Foreign employment act (2064) and legal process

•         Interlink between human trafficking act (2064), regulation (2065) and foreign employment act (2064)
