We are very pleased to share that Shakti Samuha President Ms. Sunita Danuwar has officially been announced as the winner of the C10 award. The winners of the C10 Award 2014 are ten exceptional leaders, reinventing the fight against trafficking and commercial sexual exploitation of children.
The C10 Award 2014 celebrates ten global leaders and their fight against the trafficking of children. Sophie Stenbeck Family Foundation, World Childhood Foundation and Reach for Change have come together to co-found the award, to support and acknowledge entrepreneurial leaders of the child rights field.
The C10 Award ceremony is held November 3rd 2014 in Stockholm at the Grand Hôtel, which since 1874 and with its waterfront location overlooking the Royal Palace have been the home of Sweden’s most celebrated guests. The event will be attended by the ten winners of the C10 Award, as well as decision makers, foundations and high-level private sector executives, committed to making an impact in this space, and Scandinavian media.
